1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At LeveCo we are a boutique that offers athletic and leisure wear for men and women. We sell clothes, accessories, and shoes. Come Shop with us! 

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

To make a purchase, you may need to create an account on our website. If you encounter any issues with your account, please contact us at leveco.info@gmail.com for assistance.

3. PROFESSIONAL ONLY POLICY

We operate as a professional-only wholesaler. Proof of certification or business ownership must be provided to make purchases. 

4. BACKORDER POLICY

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some items may be out of stock due to high demand or vendor delays. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund or the option to backorder the item.

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If the desired style/size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Final sale items: Jewelry, socks, hair accessories, spa/beauty products, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

- All purchases are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Processing time is 2-3 business days, not including shipping time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the zip code and weight during checkout.

To return or exchange a product, please email orders@adlcouture.com. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Returns are processed as store credit.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS

We may modify or cancel our services or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
